Collaborating with interior design bloggers yields exciting results for clients

Thousands of homeowners now look to the many talented and inventive bloggers out there for renovation and interior design ideas, and reaching these audiences through engaging with bloggers is an effective tactic for our home interest brands.

Collaborating with two high-profile interior stylists, both with award-winning blogs, The PR Boutique’s outreach on behalf of Apollo Blinds has yeilded some exciting, standout results.

Through its digital printing service, made-to-measure blind retailer Apollo Blinds can print any high res image onto a window blind. It challenged two high profile interior design bloggers to create blinds that showcase this year’s hottest trends – metallics and concrete – that homeowners can easily replicate in their own homes.

Interiors stylist and double award-winning blogger Sarah Akwisombe, known for her edgy and rebellious ideas, created a look that applies 2016’s metallic trend in a totally unique way.

Mike Ahern of Brit Décor, whose signature style is ‘uncomplicated’, utilising dreamy neutrals and occasional spikes of vibrant colour, chose a concrete design that brings texture to the fore.
